Abled people keep telling me I'm wrong when I talk about my own limits
They seem to think that me expressing my limitations comes from low self-esteem, they think I see myself negatively for thinking I can't do those things

They think pushing myself beyond them will make me happier and more confident
What it will do is destroy my health (which it did)
My real challenge isn't pushing myself, I've been taught to do that all of my life
