Gov. Hogan painting an ugly picture of COVID in Maryland. Positivity above 5% and climbing. Hospitalizations, cases, etc all hitting highest levels since June.

"Family gatherings are ... the most risky activity" according to contact tracing, Hogan says.
Hogan suggests that bars have been allowing customers to walk around, mingle, drink, contrary to rules. Now he says rules will be enforced.
Out-of-state travel is "responsible for a substantial" amount of the case increase in Maryland, Hogan says.
Hogan said something about work-from-home, but I missed it. Did anyone hear iti?
The only thing he says about Thanksgiving is "this virus does not care ... if you have holiday plans."
