"This is a huge change even from the beginning of Sept. It is alarming. Obviously provc'l gov't measures are inadequate to keep the most vulnerable among us safe. Outbreaks which were confined to 1 or 2 cases have grown exponentially," said Natalie Mehra, Exec Dir. 2/3
"The number of outbreaks has increased dramatically, the intensity of these outbreaks has increased exponentially. Spread of the outbreaks beyond hot zones has increased also. With great sadness, deaths are also increasing." 3/3
