I’m going to post something that may make some people mad at me. I am not finger pointing - this is very much self-reflection on my part and it’s a long post with an unhappy ending.

As everyone knows, I am a solid believer in Johnny Depp and very vocal about getting him justice. I spend a lot of time and $ on the court docs, and I read and re-read them often, research and ask ?, and I share them with you all.
I need to step back, and remember why I am doing this, take a breath and see the bigger picture. Am I really helping Johnny get his justice or hindering him?
My goal has always been to get the truth to those who do not know and are willing to at least consider it. I am not so sure that venting hate, disgust and loathing to anyone furthers the goal of revealing the truth. The truth is my goal.
Whether we like it or not, Twitter has become a big part of Johnny’s VA case, and the center of her counterclaim.. The judge has made it very clear in prior hearings, he 'does NOT want this case to become a PR-Media vehicle and Johnny needs to take this seriously.'
And the judge has made this very clear that he is fed up. As Ben said, the judge made a “draconian ruling” eliminating Adam Waldman predominantly over twitter posts. The Judge has lost his patience.
We are angry and disappointed - I get that. But I don’t believe it serves Johnny to push conspiracy theories, attack witnesses on SM, or make dire threats. Chaos closes minds and eyes to the truth.
We have the truth - the audios, witness statements & conflicting statements, we have photos and videos. And I hope more and more will be released on Johnny’s favor.
We are being watched & monitored. Our tweets are being gathered to use against Johnny. They want to silence us. I recommend, in the heat of the moment, take a breath, read your tweet before sending and ask - will this further Johnny’s justice? My account was closed before.
Today the judge delivered his order regarding Sanctions/Legal fees against Johnny for not doing his deposition in October. That same motion included other matters that were denied. However, the judge has agreed JD must reimburse AH Lawyers for their entire billable hours of $22K.
The judge is pissed - let’s not give him more ammunition. No, they can’t shut us up, but he can stop the flow of information. He can issue a full gag order on the entire case and shut down the fairfax court case site.
