For the record, I think the chance of Trump reverses the election is small but real. All he would need to do is convince state reps in GOP-controlled legislatures in PA, GA, and WI to select new Trump loyal electors. In these states there aren't laws preventing this.
My understanding of what stands in Trump's way:
1. Norms: state legislatures almost always send the pre-selected electors of the winning candidate to the electoral college
2. Politics: State reps don't want to piss off their constituents by disregarding the vote in the state.

Here's what worries me: Trump is the most powerful Republican politician in the US. If he can intimidate most of the GOP Senate into not acknowledging Bidens win, why is it so hard to believe he can force some GOP state reps in WI, MI, PA to do his will?
