1) Getting fans = easier than expected. She's getting a steady stream of new followers from just a bit of posting on Twitter and Reddit

2) Getting guys to actually buy photos/videos = also surprisingly easy. Her OnlyFans is free, but with some paid-for content, and people are happy to drop $5-10 for a picture

3) Custom requests = tricky. Lots of guys are messaging asking for photos or videos of specific things, lots of foot stuff and random kinks/fetishes
But negotiating the exact requirements and how much to charge is a lot of mental effort and maybe not worth it.

The talking/chatting is obviously the selling point of OF though - the product is not just the photos & videos, it's the interaction with a real (attractive, female) human being.
The commoditisation of this feels a bit icky to me, and also paradoxical in some way.

Like if you're paying someone to interact with you, how can you still enjoy the interaction as normal. Surely part of the pleasure of chatting to someone is the mutual attraction/interest.

5) Guys really do send dick pics a lot. Gf doesn't particularly like this and doesn't really know how to respond to them.

It's hilarious to me that this dick pic thing is so one-sided. I've never met a girl who liked receiving random dick pics from unknown internet randoms.

Also - if anyone has any good resources on how to run an OnlyFans, send them my way. Aella_Girl has done some good threads and gf has found some subreddits but it's still all pretty confusing.
