Regarding the Town Council decision last night to send a letter to AG Healey requesting a review of the "host agreement" signed by Mayor Hedlund and Town Solicitor Joe Callanan:

2/ • When Councilor Molisse correctly asks "why is it in there?"—referring to Section 19—he makes a VERY important point. That section seems written by someone who clearly didn't know how Weymouth government works (Enbridge), and the section was strangely left in

4/ • After a discussion regarding additional recipients of the letter other than the AG, the motion to send the letter to the AG and OIG was approved 10-0.
