I would have accepted a Trump victory in Michigan even though I despise him & his admin, here is why:

(2) My FIRST year as a POLL WORKER in MICHIGAN gave me respect for our system you deserve to know.
To apply for position, it was mandatory that I was a Republican or Democrat. Social media and previous primary voting would verify I am a Democrat. So, I put my affiliation. (2/20)

As you administer the polls, it is important to employ a “check & balance” procedure to protect integrity of the election & eliminate any appearance of impropriety. The following duties must be performed by 2 Inspectors who have expressed preferences for diff. parties: (3/20)

1) Assisting voters who request instruction after entering a voting station.
2) Sealing electronic voting devices or any other election material
3) After polls close, sealing ballot containers and transporting and delivering sealed ballot
containers and sealed documents. (4/20)

Ballot container seals must be applied by 1 precinct inspector listed DEMOCRATIC PARTY & 1 REPUBLICAN PARTY. Additionally, the transport & delivery of all sealed materials after polls close MUST be performed by 1 Democratic Party and 1 Republican Party precinct inspector.—>(5/20)

In my precinct, our chair was a Republican. Every worker on staff had our affiliations listed on sheet for all of us to know. He asked most Democratic member in our group, a nurse w/ DEM credentials, to work w/ him for this process. She accepted the xtra hrs of work.(6/20)

I worked in Macomb County. The Precinct Chair was a Republican Male, and once a voter came in with a mask that said Trump 2020 in it, it was the first violation of “wearing campaign related clothing” and it is technically not allowed. I am a Biden supporter, but —>(7/20)

The voter w/child in one arm & the mask wasn’t big & we were not really busy. I thought wearing a mask was important. I turned to another poll worker & wanted an opinion. Our Republican Precinct Chair had the voter fix the mask, & reminded me I needed to catch that. —> (8/20)

I asked for ID every time and they always had it. If an address issue, the voter kindly pointed out the sticker update on the back. I checked for notes, the other worker & I confirmed every ballot # & voter number then handed it to voter. —>(9/20)

If a voter made a mistake & requested a new ballot, we had a procedure. Their old ballot remained in secrecy sleeve until we confirmed ballot # with computer & we had them put in large envelope that would be sealed. We would then ask for ID again, give new ballot. —>(10/20)

We all worked as AMERICANS. We took an oath, and we took our job very seriously. I had Veterans wearing a hat with their unit or ship thanking US for our service. That is a humbling feeling. We had PPE, but this shows how sacred this process is. It was an honor. So —> (11/20)

There is no way a ballots would have been manipulated. All of us witnessed the whole process, helped with it. We all signed the poll books, the vote tabulations. We returned every unused item to the containers to be sealed. We cheered! 1 Voter = 1 Ballot. For context: (12/20)

We all helped the Chair and Co-Chair make sure this was done. Democrats and Republicans worked together, but our Dem leader asked got extra confirmation and GOP chair double checking items while we all watched and/or prepared it for their review. (17/20)

The final signatures added. All of the tabulator tapes had our signatures. Carbon copies in poll book. Seals with codes put over closed envelopes of spoiled ballots. People missing work, waiting long lines, risking virus. We all signed, and didn’t do so lightly. —> (18/20)

Early in morning, I made a “joke” in a light hearted interaction saying that after filling out ballot to take to the worker at the tabulator, which was also a shredder. The voter laughed. But my co-worker corrected me out loud. This was not a joke. He was right. (19/20)

CONCLUSION:
If TRUMP or BIDEN or KANYE WEST came out as winner at the end of Michigan ballot counting. I would not question the vote. Was there a problems with postal delivery, Congress & USPS can address this. I trust polls. REPUBLICANS & DEMOCRATS together. It is law (20/20)
