y’all aren’t going to like this but this is exactly why I was hesitant to sign off on US goals before we knew what we were dealing with and what tools the labels were going to give us [a thread]
so 8 tracks complicates things more than if it was 10, which is what many of the goals were predicated on.
additionally we have never had a hit single rolled into an album... and also signaled for continued push as a single DURING the album release. this is all new territory.

add into that a $50 physical during the holidays of a pandemic... it’s tough. I’m not sure we can count on 300K physicals on week one.
so with all this in mind here are some likely scenarios:

1. we focus on the “chart all the songs on Hot 100” goal (most preferred)
- we buy tracks separated digitally week one + 2 more of the singles
- do what we can w/ physicals
- stream w/ focus on dynamite + LGO + album but understand dynamite likely is highest on H100 (bc radio)

2. we focus on BB200 (a bad idea in my opinion)
- focus on pre orders (hard because of cost)
- we buy the album digitally, instead of tracks separately to get the full album... which means we sacrifice Hot 100 for the songs except dynamite and LGO... and no #1 debut for H100

3. we try to do it all (also seems ill advised in my opinion until we get the rest of the info from BH/CR)
- buy tracks separately + 2 additional tracks on a second platform/BH shop (preferably LGO)
- buy four deluxe physicals each (which is hard... not sure we want to demand

that from armys)
- stream our hearts out because we are going to need 40M+ streams for LGO in the USA to be strong on H100 debut... and dynamite STILL could very well beat it and go number one on H100 and the Global charts because it has a great radio audience foundation.

it’s sort of no win here but to me the best path forward RIGHT NOW, knowing what we KNOW, it’s to focus on the charting all the songs. which will require a lot of digital sales AND big streaming for the album (including that damn skit). prepare accordingly.
anyway we cut this... we are going to have to stream our hearts out for an entire week. like this matters. it’s our super bowl. get your head in the game.
