The Committee need to support the temporary derogation on Nov 16 for it to be adopted before the #EU #ElectronicCommunicationsCode comes into effect on 20 Dec. If not, digital tools tackling online #childsexualabuse will be outlawed, leaving victims and law enforcement #InTheDark
