Out for a walk. Met a young woman sitting on a bench drenched in sweat, puffing for breath. Asked if she was OK. She said yes - just getting used to her exercise. (She's probably 150 pounds over healthy weight). I asked what her goal was. She said 3 pounds, because if she... 1/4

Kaizen Principle, and her face lit up. She said she had just read a book about it and it had a big influence on her decision. She has no timeline - only a gradual increase in her activity levels. I know I'll meet her again along the path. It's going to be great watching...3/4
