Certain journalists spoke about the need to do more to help & protect young footballers mental health after the news about Jeremy Wisten now think it's perfectly acceptable to do everything to they can to rip apart a recently turned 19 year old who lost a friend in Jeremy.
No forethought, compassion or empathy all that matters are clicks & then they wonder why players are guarded & are reluctant to do meaningful interviews.
There's a desire to pile on to any transgression or conceived character flaw for fear of being seen to be missing out on a story. Then wash their hands of it & move on to the next target to build up in order to knock down. But they'll tweet #bekind
& act oblivious. Disgusting
