We need to re-think our theories of change and action: re-orientation towards working with 'the powerless' through co-construction in research; support progressive allies at all levels of health system to support their strategies @ARISEHub @ChessHSR
This means we need to prioritise questions of reform-minded progressive allies in a position to use research & pay attention to power of stakeholders who may support or disrupt - e.g. media, law, civic information technology
Pay attention to how anti-accountability forces may disrupt within accountability ecosystem (formal and informal mechanisms within and beyond state and at different levels), horizontal and vertical
