No 86s met the criteria this week.
But look at hradecky, hes the cheapest 85 IF on the market and is ALWAYS going to be dragged up to the price of the 2nd lowest IF of said rating (lopes in this case)
Now hradecky was easily available over the weekend at 13k.

When you do this weekly with IFs its a very easy way to make coins..
Now you could sell every IF a week after you've bought and they're no longer in packs, and take profit.
Or like me, put 70k to 100k into IFs a week, hold them for as long as needed..

Just look at the prices i picked these up for... theyre all knocking on 25k now.
And they're only ever going to go up.

Now, where SIFs are concerned..
As in the picture lets look at eriksen, now if he were to get a second IF, you'd see his 1st IF price drop, when it hits its low point (you'll have to use best judgement) you'd go in on the FIF and sell when the SIF leaves packs

Not many 87 IFs have come into the game yet.. but 3 have which have been 'fodder' price..
