2. Fraud starts at home. Voter rolls are messy. Lots of people received illegal ballots. You aren’t likely to (in an ordinary election) request an absentee ballot for the previous owner of your home, but if the govt mails you one, some proportion are going to be filled out... ->
3. Mass mail out ballots creates other op. for mischief. Eg it eliminates secret ballot. Your spouse, granddaughter or caregiver have greater ability to monitor / coerce your vote. “GOTV” operatives that knock on your door can pressure or bribe you into filling it out w them ->
4. More ballots than ever were sent through mail. USPS is not a disinterested party in this election as the media reminded them over & over. Trump threatened to cut their jobs, Biden will expand them. Individual workers have a great incentive to make “mistakes” in processing ->
5. Besides “whoopsies!” losing ballots, USPS offices can (and apparently some did) play games with backdating ballots that come in too late. 6. Now we get to the tabulation. 7. Again officials may believe that loosening legal standards & rules is the moral thing to do because “every vote should count” / “no vote is illegal”. 8. “Observers” are supposed to be present during tabulation and able to monitor to ensure no hanky panky, but apparently in PA, MI &!GA officials played games to prevent Observers from doing that job. Why?Giant Red Flag!

9. It’s hard to imagine voting machines are outright hacked (no one even claimed the Russians or Erik Prince did that), but the inordinate amount of reported “glitches” is also a Red Flag since glitch basically means “something happened we don’t know what” ->
10. Anyways I’m sure this list can be readily expanded on but point is clear that there are lots of little ways that when all added together can skew results. Mail out voting exacerbates it. And when elections are decided by < 1%, no question it’s possible this fraud mattered
