Y’all, for some reason I have been thinking about @PeteButtigieg. I was thinking about the moment he realized he’s gay. Could have been as a young child or as a young adult. He must have been terrified he wouldn’t be able to reach his dreams because of homophobia.
When Pete gathered the courage to live his truth — something countless people never muster — he probably thought his career was over.
Instead, he was able to find love with @Chasten and acceptance in all his roles — and became a serious candidate for president!
