Rouhani at the SCO: Iran, as a neighbor of Azerbaijan and Armenia, welcomes the agreement facilitated by Russia to resolve the conflict diplomatically. We hope that the conflict will be settled peacefully and have proposed our plan, all options on the table to establish peace.
