Russian peacekeepers will be deployed "in parallel with the withdrawal of the Armenian armed forces." But it's not clear if that is ALL Armenian forces? From ALL of the territory?

Also not clear on the territory Armenians will continue to control. A Lachin corridor, and Stepanakert, but what else?
Also, some kind of corridor from Azerbaijan mainland to Nakhchivan, but it doesn't sound like this involves a transfer of territory. Russia and Armenia will "guarantee the security of transport links."
UNHCR will manage the return of refugees and IDPs to the newly returned territories.
