You know what I want? I giant thread of tweets and articles saying to ignore him. There are so many.
"Just ignore it and it will go away" does not work for the President of the United States. He's not some rando off the street. His position in the bureaucracy gives him power.
Acknowledging the power invested in the position he holds is not fear mongering or over-reacting. It is certainly not assuming he is all powerful. It is a simple recognition of the reality of the situation and its affordances.
With every single step on the path to this point, a chorus of smug assholes have scoffed anyone who could possibly deign to take this buffoon as a serious threat.
