More to the point, neither is a clear-cut case of fraud.

One was being investigated as of Oct. 30 by Fayette County's DA and involved "at least four incidents," per this report cited by the campaign.

The other is the case of allegedly disposed military ballots that Barr's DOJ controversially announced about "potential issues" with military ballots.
