The PA Supreme Court decision on signatures was unanimous. PA DOS had argued poll workers are not handwriting experts and voters wouldn’t be able to be contacted to have their mail-in-ballot challenged.

I will say, again, in order to get a mail ballot in Pennsylvania you have to apply, the application is checked with PA ID systems, voter registration forms, and every ballot is given a barcode to ensure individual ballots can’t be scanned or be counted multiple times.
Bottom line Trump campaign is trying to invalidate 600K + mail in ballots in Democratic heavy counties because they claim poll watchers did not get meaningful access to observe the ballots. Even though Philly & Pittsburgh officials, live video feeds, contradict these claims
