how about equal weight beating cap weight by 3.01%, the single biggest day winner on the chart (some with more data might be able to find more instances).
how about $SPX +8.58% the last 6 days. Not bloody rare, but at least medium rare (which is easily the best way to cook a steak).
$XOM put up 12.66% today. Only a few other days the last 30 years in the ballpark.
$XLE beat $XLE by 14%, that's unprecedented.

$VLUE absolutely trounced $MTUM. Nothing remotely close since inception (i'm sure there's something out there in factor land if we go back further in time).
The yield on the 30-year went nutso, +9.51% if we pretend its not already a percentage.
