Today I started my 2-day virtual tour to Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta. To kick things off, I announced the 13 projects receiving funds on the prairies as part of the Anti-Racism Action Program (ARAP) with @jimcarr_wpg.
We heard from Bilal Community & Family Centre, Red Deer Urban Aboriginal Voices Society & @SaskHealth. #GCAntiRacism
I also spoke with community organizations like @ABHateCrime, @spcw1919 & @SaskSport, @YYCsexualhealth, @pamsterini, @urpridecentre who do incredible work with young people. I'm looking forward to more conversations tomorrow about how we can #BuildBackBetter!
