Hearing some black conservatives tell black people (whose ancestors have a history of slavery) that they are slaves on a Democratic plantation is beyond disrespectful & implies that none of them think for themselves but blindly accept whatever is told to them.

Saying “if blacks people knew what was good for them then they would be conservatives” is implying that black Democrats are politically inept and have no critical thinking skills whatsoever but are just zombies and robots. The implications are atrocious.

And the crazy think is there are black conservatives who have made a whole career out of simply bashing black liberals and white Republicans LOVE IT! Bash black liberals, quote Thomas Sowell and tell them how they play the victim and you will be rolling in that right wing cash..

They don’t just bash black Liberals but a lot of the time they will even bash black people in general..

I always said if me and @KB_HGA changed our podcast to “The Red Pill Brothas” and just espoused all of the political and racist tropes about black people but kept our image and style we would be like this LOL.

We aren’t beholden to any political side but the way the culture war is setup we are too liberal for the conservatives and too conservative for the liberals so we (and A LOT of other solid black Christians) are political nomads and that’s totally fine.
