Something I wish @Microsoft and @Xbox would do is make a controller for people with dyspraxia and/or sensory issues
I am tired of mis-hitting buttons and having my controllers break because I clamp too hard.

This should be simple. Slightly larger face buttons with indented symbols and less wobble, bugger bumper buttons with slightly concave surfaces so I don't slip off, and better internal reinforcement.
The controller I got after the fire is creaking already. It's leas than a year old.
And I am repeatedly shown how frequently I mess up button presses as I come screeching to a halt or fling my character off a cliff instead of what I meant to do.

There's a ton of other little things that could be improved for people like me, but the above would do about 80% of what I need. And would probably help others out, too.
