Unlike many people I see China as likely to be most affected by Biden's win. Unlike Trump who followed anti-China policies out of spite, Biden can create a very powerful coalition that would be similar but stronger to the coalition that brought USSR down.
It would include NATO which now has 30 members (and not 15 as before), the QUAD, and all-court pressure on trade, investments, technology and especially human rights--where Hong Kong will play the role of the Baltics.
So the new Cold War is guaranteed.
Moreover, after Putin leaves (which might happen sooner than people think), Russian elite may adopt pro-Western policies thus further isolating China.
