If u are aware that European beauty standards are influencing your hair choices why would you continue to conform? It seems counterproductive.

First of all, a lot of BW will have a full head of hair but will only cover it with wigs or if they do wear it out it’s straightened! These black women will say that the reason why they wear wigs is to grow out their hair because they like long hair

but that’s lie because black women wear short silk wigs all the time . ITS NOT LENGTH BW HAVE A PROBLEM WITH, ITS TEXTURE!
Second of all, if it protective styling why not wear hair that looks like black women hair?

Plus natural hair is very versatile.
Anyways do not come in the comment section talking about white supremacy being the reason black women hate their hair I already understand that... the problem is when you tell them they’ll use all the excuses above. Also you can’t be talking about texturism but contributing to
the problem just like you can’t be talking about colorism and bleaching your skin.
