McConnell’s Senate speech shows he is 100% trying to keep Trumpism alive.

Giving any credence to Trump's fake claims of impropriety is absolutely reckless.

They’re trying to make Trump a martyr, as predicted.
I wouldn't worry about McConnel's speech. They're not going to try anything. They have no path here.

All McConnell is doing is trying to show the base that they’re fighting for Trump. They know this is the party of Trump now. It was a "keep Trumpism alive" speech.
