Yang still impresses me after his candidacy.

1) Though panned at the time, his CNN gig has increased his clout and put him in front of millions.

2) I haven't liked how at time he's carried water for the DNC; but its good to see him still willing to criticize them and Nancy /1

3) Yang Speaks has been entertaining while opening dialogue with politicians, journalists, entertainers, and techies from all walks. Great contacts for a 2024 run.

4) Moving to Georgia is brilliant. GA will be in spotlight for months. Yang will get some of the spotlight and /2

credit if Dems win GA as he was one of the first big names to announce his move there. Also, black organizers from all over will pour into Atlanta, so hopefully Yang networks his ass off to lay the seeds for organizing in black communities for 2024. But most importantly.../3

is that Yang hasn't fundamentally changed despite operating within the beast of the DNC. Pushing for a stimulus deal for the sake of Americans while talking with a rival campaign on Yang Speaks today is exactly what he would have done 2 or 5 or 10 years ago. /4

I know we were all worried after NH about how Yang might change. I haven't agreed with everything he's said or done, but even stuff I didn't agree with I saw the purpose of. And AFAIK he's still the same person we lined up behind. So far so good.
