My experience is that #ACPs bring a different perspective to the “medical” decision making tier, often bridging the divide between medical and nursing paradigms, which benefits the patient and staff groups in equal measures.

We need to think differently from the traditional model of medical, nursing and AHP hierarchies coming together at the bedside around the child and look at how we might work and learn better together to provide sustainable safe care and effective training in to the future.
