I'm not going to lie. Diet culture and the weightloss community does more harm than good. It does not inform people on how to reach weight goals healthily. If anything it is the prime reason people gain back the weight, or more weight than they lost or even makes them underweight
For starters 1200 calories is not enough daily intake. If skinny people eat 2000-2500 calories to maintain weight, why would you need to eat almost half of that to lose it?
All of these teas you buy from these companies are just wasted money. They trick into thinking using their item will help you lose weight but really, you're just replacing what you'd normally drink/eat with something you could make or find better for free.
These crash diets, tummy teas, weightloss suckers are all bogus scams to take your money
You don't have to eat significantly less to lose weight. You can have a full plate for less calories and not fight off hunger. The quality of food you eat often times matters more than the quantity because because quality foods tend to have less calories that you can eat more of.
You do not have to go to bed hungry to lose weight, and I understand that not everyone has access to these type of foods, but if you do, this is a good thread to read upon. Calories in, calories out. Calories really do matter.
