The Attorneys General of OH, MO, AL, AK, FL, KY, LA, MS, SC, SD, & TX have filed amicus briefs in the PA segregated ballots matter before SCOTUS, arguing the PA Supreme Court overstepped its authority in extending the deadline.
"States outside Pennsylvania have a strong interest in preventing the effective invalidation of their own voters' choices through illegal voting in Pennsylvania," they say.
It should be noted that while the substantive issue is one SCOTUS might eventually take up, all indications are it will have no bearing on the outcome; counties that have given us numbers are running at roughly 0.2% total segregated ballots. Biden's margin is >0.6%.
also, AR is one of the states and AK is not, my apologies to the Alaskans (whose votes, as an aside, are being counted the most slowly in the nation).
