Firstly, I know it wasn't entirely his fault but half of the season was his fault.

And we had the chance to get Zidane back. The manager that won us 9 trophies in 2 and half seasons.
You or any Madrid fan in the right senses wouldn't say no to it.
Now let's talk about what I really wanted: The "Project"

You think Solari had a project? ZINEDINE ZIDANE had a project.
When Zidane came back, he came back to see the garden he flourished burnt down to the groud.

How did he react?
I'll go player by player:

Asensio:
He was a player that was amazing under Zidane. Obviously he wouldn't try to throw him out because he knows he can develop him. But what happened to Asensio? He suffered an injury that ruled him out for the entire season.
Isco:
Isco was used perfectly well by Zidane in Zidane's 3-peat era. He was an important player in big games like ClĂĄsicos and even started a CL Final. So Zidane obviously had the same faith.

But after last season, Zizou knew he needed something more, he brought Ø back.

Zidane ALSO knew Marcelo was not gonna be starter anymore. He brought Ferland Mendy. Best LB in the league and he was crucial for us in the title run.
After all that. The attackers Zidane wanted to start (Asensio and Hazard) wasn't available. Isco couldn't perform. He had to stick to two teenagers and Bale who offered nothing.

But what was key for our title win? Defense. Mendy was a HUGE reason. And he was Zidane's signing.

In the 4 games Solari lost in his time, Valverde didn't play in 3 of them. Came on from bench in the other (vs Barca). He only got 1 start.

Won us our 3rd Liga in 12 years even with all thr struggle he had to face.
Don't say "against worst Barca" bs.
Solari lost against teams like Eibar. We finished 3rd in 18/19. 19 points behind Barça and 8 behind rAtletico. Unacceptable.
Zinedine Zidane is the right man for the job, the one who can get this club back to the very top again. The one that can properly rebuild this Real Madrid team.
