The Grand Strategy. @realDonaldTrump is not a politician. He is a businessman who has been in and out of courts for over forty years. He has run America like a business. Trump is treating this election as an attempted hostile takeover of a business.
So, do not expect the conventional “concession”. As far as the President is concerned, this is a legal matter (which is correct). Beyond the courts, there is also a PR battle waging.

The press is “projecting” (keyword) a result for the race.
However, it is only a handful of people who made “calls” for this race. The media follow these "experts" and people are expected to accept their opinions as "results". Nothing here is legal or binding on who actually won.
Put simply, the press has no statutory authority to call a race. That authority rests with the states, which are far from certifying the results. With mounting legal battles coming, it is unlikely any state will be certifying for weeks.
The Campaign are coordinating with state GOP parties, GOP senate and house campaigns, as well as third-party GOP affiliated organizations, to file dozens of challenges in races at the county, city, and state levels in both county, state and federal courts starting Monday.
Not only are extended deadlines being challenged (e.g. PA), but cases will be filed re violations towards poll watchers’ legal rights (e.g. PA, GA), alleged ballot issues (e.g. NV, MI), software “glitches” (MI, GA), and potential rejection of Trump ballots (AZ), to name a few.
In many cases, the “injured party” will likely be President Trump, arguing Donald J. Trump’s “civil rights” were violated by the actions of the canvassing boards in various Dem jurisdictions. But other parties will join suit, such as John James in MI and Sen. Perdue in GA.
And we haven’t even begun to actually inspect the ballots, yet! Once that commences, we are talking about a massive multi-state recount + manual recanvassing (hand count) of ballots where two to three people inspect each ballot. Think Florida 2000 on steroids!
The scope is huge, but the focus is on a few specific urban areas. Namely, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Detroit, Atlanta, Las Vegas, and Phoenix. Mostly Democratic Party machine cities. As Mayor Rudy Giuliani said Saturday, this effort amounts to a “national legal challenge”.
In total, around 94 Electoral Votes are being challenged. At 232 Electoral Votes, President Trump needs a little over a third of them. Again, none of these states are certifying results. That is the point. KEYWORD: Certification.
Now, what happens next? I do not know. How can anyone know? I’ve never seen anything like this. As the days go on, expect the MSM to go nuts that President Trump refuses to concede. The longer he holds out the more he undermines Biden's claim of "victory".
With MAGA rallies being planned, it is almost like a second election, a PR election, is being started.

Now, what happens next? I do not know. How can anyone know? I’ve never seen anything like this in my short existence. One possibility is no one gets legally to 270.
If the Electoral College meets in mid-December without enough electors, the US House will choose the President. The Rs hold most House State Delegations. Ergo, they will “reelect” President Trump.

We are in uncharted waters bc we never had a sitting POTUS who is fighting back.
Keep calling Congress, keep pressure on every GOP Rep, Sen, State Legislator, go to rallies, support @realDonaldTrump and his team, and do not act defeated! Legally, this election is far from over.

And if you pray, pray. And if you don’t, maybe you should start! :)
