Can anyone find a correlation below between the stringency of lockdowns and case growth? Don’t spend too much time, it’s not there. 2/n
So not only do they not help, but lockdowns are literally causing more death. Non-C19 excess deaths catching up to C19 deaths across age groups. C19 will slow, but excess deaths won’t. We are looking at far more death and life years lost due to lockdowns than by the virus. 3/n

I’ve been beating this drum for 5 months that we’re so obsessively focused on C19 deaths, without context, that we can’t seem to see the extensive damage that the lockdowns are causing from missed treatments/screenings, vaccinations/inoculations etc 5/n

2-3M kids are saved each year in developing countries from vaccines. TB deaths will increase A LOT. Through the summer, there was a 40% drop in emergency room visits from stroke/heart attack patients...that's 1.6M people, so 40% of that is SIGNIFICANT. 7/n
Is 150 million a lot? Because that’s how many CHILDREN in developing countries will be pushed into poverty due to food and medical supply chain disruptions in developed countries. 8/n

Again, not to sound callous, but the “Dry Tinder” theory where C19 has attacked the very vulnerable has validity. We see it in the US after 3-4 years of being under the excess mortality threshold (this is an accomplishment). 16/n

So all of the talking heads and DC who are spewing the “just hang in, we’re all in this together” BS, I will never listen to again when they get on their soap boxes and scream for equality. The past 8 months have done more damage to the disadvantaged than policy can fix. 18/n
I’ll end with this and I’ll die on this hill. Until someone explains to me why Sweden did this wrong with no masks, no lockdowns, no school closures, just common sense measures, then I’ll forever hold the folks in MSM and government accountable for these atrocities. 19/fin
