Massively disappointing that @AmericanAnthro has cancelled *all* #RaisingOurVoices2020 Talk Back sessions. Why not set Zoom security settings high & limit entry so that Name+Email must match event registrants?
Not even told directly our sessions are cancelled–a 'daily update' email broke the news. We've worked so hard to prepare, paid up $$$ & just really looked forward to a rare chance to engage w/ colleagues. This has been so poorly handled @AmericanAnthro #RaisingOurVoices2020
Adding to the insult, email says it is *attendees fault* for sharing access codes––not @AmericanAnthro tech failures––based on assertion that people not registered were bombing. Not necessarily: anon entry could be used by people directly sent the code, smh #RaisingOurVoices2020
