After @AOC noted every Medicare for All co-sponsor won reelection, I took a dive into the Green New Deal. Of the 93 co-sponsors who ran for reelection, all but two won (and three of four co-sponsors in swing districts won). Pretty good imho! https://earther.gizmodo.com/the-green-new-deal-didnt-sink-democrats-1845619942
Let's also not forget one of the Green New Deal Senate co-sponsors is the vice president-elect! Saying progressive policies held Democrats back from expanding their House majority/taking the Senate just doesn't hold water with data available so far
Also this. The GND and M4A are good for people and planet https://twitter.com/maxberger/status/1325848495077593088
UPDATE: @Redistrict has said he's seen enough and @RepTomSuozzi will "easily win" his race once mail-in ballots are counted. We've updated our piece to reflect that all but one House Green New Deal co-sponsor won reelection https://earther.gizmodo.com/the-green-new-deal-didnt-sink-democrats-1845619942
