@Chargers are 2-6, and at an even lower point for the season. But honestly, we weren’t winning the SB this year regardless.

This year is ENTIRELY about experience for Justin Herbert, and determining which pieces are part of this team’s future...(1/4)
- We found our franchise QB, which is HUGE. Season is a win for that reason alone.
- This team’s been in EVERY game this season, without some of its BEST players.
- Struggles should accelerate the process of change, which is KEY!
- EVERYTHING is now being evaluated...(2/4)
- HC, DC, STC all under microscope for ‘21
- POS needs: CB, OL(!), WR, Edge
- Regardless of how 2020 goes, future is bright:
- James, Tranquill, Bosa, Harris Jr, Murray Jr, Joseph WILL be on this DEF
- Herbert, Allen, Ekeler, Williams, Bulaga, Turner WILL be on this OFF...(3/4)
What’s important *now*?

We must determine who on this team is part of the problem, and who is part of the solution.

Rest of 2020 season should be evaluating every person and their impact to the team’s success/demise.
