hey libs maybe stop calling trump supporters poor white trash trailer dwellers as a way to discredit them. first of all it's largely not poor people who vote against the democratic party, second of all wealth is not a fuckin virtue and poverty is not a moral failing
yeah, a lack of access to good public schools definitely plays a part in rampant nationalism. but that's literally a systemic issue and maybe just maybe you should both educate yourself and stop supporting candidates that offer zero systemic changes
"going back to normal" is not in fact a good thing. "normal" is underfunded social safety nets and schools, a lack of universal healthcare, millions of people who can't escape debt, racial inequality, no affordable housing, rampant corporatism, etc etc etc
the moral of the story is that the democratic party are just spicy republicans
