@Coles 4 the first time I opt 4 $50 off Coles order, rather than points. It did not happen. Contact so called customer care who tell me It’s a Flybuys issue, as Coles does not give money off. Flybuys tell me it’s a Coles issue, money is in my Coles account. Cancelled my order.

Put the order through Woolworths instead, like the last one. That was because of the lack of response to another online shopping issue at Coles. Keep this up @coles and you will have no one using on line orders for delivery or click and collect, where many now shop.
