Even in states that don't have laws against it, the Supreme Court (even using Hamilton references) said it's against the will of the people that electors represent and against the Constitution for them to vote faithlessly and against the popular vote.

Keep this in mind.
And after December 8th, Trump & Thugs are out of options, it's a done deal. It is actually a done deal right now but their legal shenanigans will be done with too.

Of course, the Republicans could decide "fuck it," lets get rid of this Democracy, the Constitution & the USA & stage a coup that leads to civil war & WWIII.

Please people, don't be so naive to think that electors, selected in advance by their own parties, voted on by people from those same political parties, are going to go rouge and faithlessly vote against their party. Faithless electors are rather rare. https://twitter.com/Astartiel/status/1326602387642077185
And since everyone these days sees Snopes as the final authority for some damn reason, even they say this idea of replacing electors after election day or forcing them to vote against the will of the people is pure bunk. https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/legislatures-override-electors/
If, after all I laid out above, you get this far in the thread & STILL don't believe (because who the fuck am I but a nobody who likes to research shit), then please read this never-ending exhaustive thread by constitutional lawyer Greg Doucette instead. https://twitter.com/greg_doucette/status/1325657548905721856
