For a lot of us one of them is social media. To focus properly if it means deleting the apps on your phone then delete it; you won’t press it out of reflex.

You can do a lot of things ¬ receive the result that you want. Learn to take a step back &prioritise what you want to do. You can start by knowing what is the output you want to achieve at the end of the day.

Give yourself a deadline shorter than usual to complete the task. This pressure forces you to focus on getting the task done.
One way you can do this is by having a ticking timer if you need to & that would force you psychologically to just get it done.

5.Audit Your Own Performance
Be self auditing not in a way that is critical but which is reflective.
Ask yourself:
-What did I achieve?
-What is my output?
-What went wrong?
•Be brutally honest but don’t put yourself down
•APPLY the information you learnt in the FUTURE

One way is to have an accountability partner.
