Should we keep lists of Trump officials, blackball them from future employment, and seek vengeance?
Mostly no: seek accountability for criminal conduct, but we should not cancel all Trump admin. officials. https://twitter.com/HariSevugan/status/1324781491214340097?s=20

No pardons for Trump. Investigations into his finances should continue. If Trump can be indicted for obstruction of justice, he should be. Accountability is important for restoring norms that Trump broke and will be an important precedent and warning for future presidents.
Treat anyone else found to be complicit with criminality the same way. Do not push this under the rug. One way to stop the spiral of "they did it so we can too" is to hold them accountable. Deter future wrongdoing by punishing yesterday's.
But the folks saying "we're keeping a list of anyone who ever did anything for Trump and a reckoning is coming"? Yeah, they're nuts. https://twitter.com/PaulDMiller2/status/1184994770499915776?s=20
Just like punishing criminal conduct alters future incentives, so would this idea of blackballing public servants over policy differences. Do we really want to send the message that if you take a govt. job, you're unemployable forever by anyone who disagrees with you politically?
I served in the Bush and Obama White Houses, and I have friends and acquaintances who served in Trump's. One thing that has impressed me is the universal sense of patriotism, service, and desire to make the world a better place.

I admit I was surprised by the Obama team: back then I was deep red and I expected, I dunno, the mask to slip or something, to see their true colors slip through with an evil cackle. I'm embarrassed to say it now, but that's the partisan mindset.
I invite President-elect Biden and all his 70+ million voters to recognize the same about Trump's administration and his 70+ million voters. We all want equal justice under law. We don't agree on how to get there or what that looks like, but we are all Americans.
Yes, Mueller and other investigations found an alarming number of criminals in the President's inner circle. They should be held accountable. It is important to shape the legacy and fallout of Trumpism through the legal process where appropriate.
But persecuting political rivals for non-criminal political differences is the path to the dark side. There is no good conclusion to that process. Other countries have gone down that path and it does not end well.
It's all context-specific. I don't agree with Trump's nationalism, and if I'm hiring for a foreign policy-related position, I'll definitely take that into account. But that's because it's relevant to the job. I'm not going to issue a blanket ban on all Trump officials forever.
