But President Trump is a president who has always done things his way, has broken the usual norms. He's not obligated to call Biden to offer congrats. But history remembers such things and would forever note the pettiness, smallness and lack of decency of this president

It's also possible that Trump - who refused to unveil Obama's White House portrait - might not invite Biden to the White House or even attend his Inaugural. He's not obligated to attend - but again, refusing to do so would forever be remembered as a final act of pettiness
