Rig Ved 1.33.13

This means Jeev and Brahm are one. Very excited means that Jeev is the Brahma, this also proved that the Atma is Brahm itself. Knowledge has been mounted on Vritra(वृत्ति, Inner inclinations). Whatever is there, it is Brahma, everything is Atma.

This is the epitome of Vedas. When Jeev has decided this, He has accomplished everything.

अ॒भि सि॒ध्मो अ॑जिगादस्य॒ शत्रू॒न्वि ति॒ग्मेन॑ वृष॒भेणा॒ पुरो॑ऽभेत् ।
सं वज्रे॑णासृजद्वृ॒त्रमिंद्रः॒ प्र स्वां म॒तिम॑तिर॒च्छाश॑दानः ॥

सिध्मः - The one completing the work

अभि - To aim.

शत्रून - The enemies.

अजिगात् - Fall.

तिग्मेन - Sharp.

वज्रेण - With Vajra.

वृषभेण - Best.

पुरः - From towns.

वि अभेत् - Destroyed in many ways.

इन्द्रः - Indra.

वृत्रम् - On Vrittra.

सम् असृजत् -

शाशदानः - To arrange and put.

स्वाम् - Ours. Org

मतिम् - Of intellect.

प्र अतिरत् - To take it forward nicely.

Explanation:This mantra says that Indra aimed his Vajra and then destroyed the enemy. His best and sharp arrows destroyed the forts of Vritra.
