Once COVID hit they quit worrying and planned a massive vote by mail scheme.

There was massive spending by these states over fears of "Muh Russia" hacking.

Specific concerns over Dominion Voting Systems was documented prior to 2020 elections.

Texas rejected Dominion while others purchased them.
