If PA had the same counting rules as Florida (that allow earlier processing of mail ballots), Biden would’ve jumped out to the lead right away. PA’s GOP legislature restricted counties from counting until Election Day. So it’s slow.

Saying PA should end its count before Philly processed all of its ballots would’ve been like if Bollier had demanded not to count western Kansas after JoCo reported.

. @bturque and I actually had conversation election night when JoCo early returns were giving people a false impression of Senate race that we need to wait until more of western Kansas came in to post an update. As Marshall gained, we waited until the picture was clearer
