But he does deserve attention for the obvious way he's getting rich off of being the Speaker of the Assembly.

Vos' wife, @michellelitjens, runs an independent expenditure organization called Jobs First Coalition. It's the main vehicle that republicans use to raise unlimited amounts of dark money to spend on state legislative races.

While it's illegal for politicians to pay themselves from funds raised into their campaign accounts, there is no limit for how much Jobs First Coalition can pay @michellelitjens

It's legal for @repvos to raise money for this organization - and direct unlimited amounts of corporate/unknown cash into Jobs First Coalition - and then for this organization to turnaround and pay his wife AN UNLIMITED SALARY

So maybe we should spend less time on @repvos' political stunts and more time on the obvious get-rich-quick-scheme that he's running with his wife.
