While there has been rightfully been intense focus on our democratic processes this week, what rarely gets spotlighted is the overwhelming pressure workers are under by employers in union elections.
Over 90% of employers require workers to attend anti-union meetings during organizing campaigns in the United States. 54% of workers say they're threatened with loss of their job if they vote to unionize.
Union elections happen nearly every day in the United States and the deck is stacked against workers in every one of them.

Enough is enough.

Let’s pass the PRO Act and level the playing field for workers that want to unionize in this country.
