Hey folks, I’m here at the Allegheny County Elections Warehouse tonight. Will keep you all updated
County spokesperson Amie Downs just provided an update: 3,000 ballots were damaged and had to be redone.

At 5:30 pm, poll workers will resume to finish the processing the last hour of overseas/military ballots (3873 ballots).
Around 6:30 (or after poll workers are done with overseas ballots) they will start the processing the 29,000 ballots.

When asked if the 29,000 ballots will take a few days, Amie Downs said “probably”
Another update: Today's totals for ballots received by today with postmarks on or before election day: 113 received today, 64 of those can be counted.

Out of all three days: 1,045 has been received, 947 can be counted

Allegheny Co. Election Divisions Manager David Voye provides an update:
Election Divisions Mgr: Poll workers have completed the damaged ballots and are approximately 2/3 of the way done with the military/overseas ballots. They are now transitioning into counting the 29,000 ballots
The first section of that will be the people that return both the incorrect ballot & correct ballot – they’ve already 'married' the two together and we’re going to set aside the original ballot and count the orange one.
Next, they will start counting ballots from people that only sent back the second corrected ballot
Allegheny Cty Elections Divisions Mgr David Voye explaining how they know if someone voted in person and got sent one of the incorrect Ballots:
When asked how long this process might take, Mr. Voye could not provide an exact estimate.

“It’s a time consuming process, I apologize. We are working as hard as we can."

He said there's a sense poll workers will have to work after 9 p.m. tonight
Results from damaged and military ballots per County Exec Rich Fitzgerald:

4134 for Biden

1076 for Trump
5,345 ballots total (numbers won’t add up perfectly because some voted independent)

Fitzgerald said another 1,500 or so more military ballots left to go
Lots of chatter and some movement in the back as poll workers continue on
